Tervetuloa kuuntelemaan uuden kansainvälisen runoantologia Hologrammin (2022) runonlausunta- ja keskustelutilaisuutta! Tilaisuudessa kuullaan Hologrammin runoilijoita suomeksi ja espanjaksi. Esiintymässä ja keskustelemassa ovat turkulaiset runoilijat Kati Neuvonen, Juha Kulmala, Katariina Vuorinen ja Pirkko Soininen sekä antologian toimittaneet ja kääntäneet Leena Kellosalo ja Zoila Forss-Crespo Moreyra.
Hologrammi / Holograma kokoaa runoja 32 nykyrunoilijalta, joiden kielialueet ovat suomi, espanja ja pohjoissaame ja joiden maantieteellisiä alueita ovat Suomi, Peru, Meksiko, Chile, Kolumbia, Uruguay ja Espanja. Runoja on käännetty suomesta espanjaksi ja espanjasta suomeksi. Keskeinen teema on toiseus. Valituissa runoissa näkyy laaja kirjo vivahteita ja tunnelmia, jotka pyrkivät sulkeutumaan täydelliseksi ympyräksi etsimällä omien käännöstensä langan vastakkaista päätä.
ESTEETTÖMYYS JA SAAVUTETTAVUUS
Bar Ö sijaitsee katutasossa. Oven edessä on kaksi porrasta (5cm ja 15cm korkeat) sekä kaksi 12cm askelmaa sisään tullessa. Ovi on 85cm leveä.
Sisäpihan puolella on 110cm leveä, esteetön, rampillinen sisäänkäynti baarin takahuoneen puolelta. Sisäpihalle pääsee Linnankadun kautta.
Baaritiskin takana on yksi esteetön wc, jonka ovi on 84cm leveä. Kaikki wc:t ovat sukupuolineutraaleja.
Teethän parhaasi saapuaksesi tilaan mahdollisimman hajusteettomana. Hajusteettoman ympäristön luominen käsittää parfyymien skippaamisen lisäksi hajusteettomien tuotteiden käytön, esim. saippua, shampoo, deodorantti, meikki, jne. Hajusteetonta käsidesiä ja käsisaippuaa on tarjolla paikan päällä. Vaikka yritämme parhaamme vähentää ja välttää kemikaaleja ja tuoksuja tilassa, valitettavasti tilan hajusteettomuutta ei voi taata.
Otathan huomioon, että COVID19-pandemia ei ole ohi – teethän siis tässäkin tapahtumassa oman parhaasi tartuntojen ehkäisemiseksi, ja otat huomioon, että tapahtumassa on todennäköisesti mukana riskiryhmiin kuuluvia henkilöitä. Saavuthan siis paikalle ainoastaan oireettomana, peset kätesi, etkä koske muita ihmisiä tai tule heidän lähelleen ilman lupaa. Jos mahdollista, voit tehdä kotitestin ennen tapahtumaan saapumista. Kaikissa tapahtumissa on tarjolla käsidesiä ja maskeja. Jos sinulla on pieniäkin flunssaoireita, jääthän kotiin lepäämään.

TURVALLISEMMAN TILAN PERIAATTEET
Runoviikko ry on sitoutunut noudattamaan tapahtumissaan turvallisemman tilan periaatteita, eli tilassa ei ole sijaa rasismille tai muulle syrjinnälle, häirinnälle tai kiusaamiselle. Jos itse kohtaat, tai huomaat että johonkuhun toiseen kohdistuu tapahtumassa jotakin näistä, rohkaisemme sinua kertomaan asiasta tapahtumassa nimetylle häirintäyhdyshenkilölle milloin tahansa tapahtuman aikana.
Turvallisemman tilan periaatteiden avulla pyritään luomaan yhdessä kunkin paikallaolijan voimin yhteinen tila, jossa kaikki voivat tuntea olonsa omaksi itsekseen: turvalliseksi, tervetulleeksi ja tasa-arvoiseksi toisten kanssa. Turvallisemmassa tilassa yritetään olla tekemättä oletuksia toistemme sukupuolista, uskonnoista, kansalaisuuksista, seksuaalisista suuntautumisista, luokkataustoista tai muista vastaavista ominaisuuksista. Kunnioitetaan toistemme rajoja, itsemäärittelyoikeutta sekä fyysistä koskemattomuutta. Annetaan tilaa toisille ja toisten kokemuksille ja näkemyksille, eikä myöskään esitetä syrjiviä tai sortavia mielipiteitä taiteen- tai sananvapauden nimissä. Jos kuullaan, että ollaan tarkoitusperistä riippumatta tultu itse syrjineeksi tai häirinneeksi jotakuta, niin kuunnellaan, pyydetään anteeksi ja muutetaan omaa käytöstä.

Come check out the brand new international and bilingual poetry anthology, Hologrammi / Holograma! At this event, you will hear discussions and poetry readings (in both Finnish and Spanish) by some of the poets featured in the book: Kati Neuvonen, Juha Kulmala, Katariina Vuorinen and Pirkko Soininen; as well as Leena Kellosalo and Zoila Forss-Crespo Moreyra, the two editors and translators behind the anthology.
Hologrammi / Holograma presents poetry from 32 contemporary poets, their languages being Finnish, Spanish and Northern Sámi, and their geographical locations being Finland, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay and Spain. The poems have been translated from both Finnish to Spanish and Spanish to Finnish. The recurring theme is otherness. In the poems featured, there is a wide spectrum of nuance and atmosphere, aspiring to close into a full circle by looking for the flipside of the thread of their own translations.
ACCESSIBILITY INFO
Bar Ö is located on ground level. There are 2 doorsteps (5 + 15 cm high) in front of the door, and two 12 cm steps in the entry passage. The doorway is 85 cm wide.
An accessible entrance with a ramp is located at the back of the bar, on the inner yard accessed from Linnankatu. This doorway is 110 cm wide.
1 accessible restroom is situated behind the bar counter. The restroom door is 84 cm wide. All restrooms are unisex.
Please do your best to avoid fragrances when coming to the event. Creating a scent free environment requires skipping using any perfumes and using fragrance-free products, e.g. soap, shampoo, deodorant, make-up, etc. We will offer fragrance free hand soap and sanitizer at the venue. Even though we try our best to reduce and avoid chemicals and scents in the space, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a scent free space.
Please consider that the COVID-19 pandemic is not over, so please do your best to prevent contagion. Please note that there are probably people at risk attending the event. Please attend only if you’re symptom-free, wash your hands, and if you’re about to touch a person or be close to them, make sure you have their consent. We provide masks and hand sanitizers. If you have any cold-like symptoms, please stay home.

The Poetry Week Association is committed to creating and maintaining safer spaces. This means that there will be no tolerance for racism or any other form of discrimination, harassment or bullying. If you yourself face or you see someone else facing any of these things, we encourage you to tell about it to either the harassment contact person anytime during the event.
Safer space guidelines are a strategy of creating, with the shared effort of every participant, a collective space where everyone can feel at home: safe, welcome and equal to others. In a safer space, we try our best not to make assumptions about each others’ genders, religions, nationalities, sexual orientations, social classes or other similar attributes. Let’s respect each others’ boundaries, rights to self-identify and rights for physical integrity. Let’s give space for other people and their experiences and points of view. Let’s not express discriminating or oppressive views in the name of “art” or “freedom of speech”. If we are told that we, regardless of our intentions, have discriminated or harassed someone, let’s listen, apologize and change our behavior.
